Dimitris & Efi — A Journey Through Inner Mani
Dimitris and Efi returned to Mani the day after their wedding for a quiet photographic journey through one of the most distinctive landscapes of southern Greece.
We travelled through Inner Mani, from the stone villages and rugged mountains to the coastline around Limeni and Gerolimenas. Without the pace of the wedding day, there was time to explore the landscape, follow the changing Mediterranean light and create photographs shaped as much by the place as by the couple themselves.
Ancient stone, open sea and the dramatic terrain of Mani became the backdrop for a next-day session that gradually moved from daylight into sunset and night.
